About Hilary
I have over 30 years experience as a senior business leader, in multinational (insights and advertising) businesses, serving FTSE 500 clients and based out of New York, London Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore. I left corporate life to focus on experimenting and building Sundial Studios, a place to to stimulate, expand and transform energy for people and organisations.
A curious observer and problems solver - 30 years turning cultural, human insights, intelligence & data science into business, category, brand and creative strategy & portfolio innovation – discovering the unknown and building narratives to support. Deeply and widely experienced in integration and organisational change.
An occasional writer. I won the 2019 Roffey Park APAC award for my co-authored paper ‘ Empathy: Game changing the Asian workplace.’
A certified Reiki Master - practicing and teaching Usui Ryoho Reiki for enhanced self healing and care
